About Emma
Emma has been in financial services since 2000, starting in administration and moving into paraplanning, compliance and T&C roles. Emma recently moved from paraplanning into a compliance role, where she enjoys the variety of tasks the role involves.
As a Compliance Manager, Emma supervises advisers to ensure the advice they give to clients is suitable for their needs and objectives, whilst being compliant with both internal and external regulations.
Emma is married with 2 active boys, so spends most of her playing some kind of sport in the back garden or local parks, or spent running the boys to different training sessions and matches. She enjoys strength training and running, taking part in a few 10ks and a half marathon previously. When Emma isn’t busy with her family, running or reading, you’ll find her where she is happiest – on a dancefloor losing herself to dance music from the 90s to the present day.
