From administration through paraplanning, training delivery, compliance management and supervision, Katie’s deep experience and qualifications in financial services bring an insightful understanding of the industry’s regulatory, technical, operational, and human complexities.
Katie is a passionate leader, dedicated to ensuring that Astute is a workplace where individuals thrive. In her role as Head of People Development and Culture at Astute, she shapes the development journeys of our people to strengthen their capabilities and empower them in reaching their full potential.

Katie has a passion for promoting a healthy work/life balance – knowing the importance of this herself, as a busy mum of 2 school-aged children.
In her personal time, Katie is a keen appreciator of a diverse range of art, music & literature. She enjoys getting creative herself when the opportunity arises, liking anything hands-on and messy, such as painting and various types of printing.
