An unmissable opportunity

Our in-house adviser academy is for any team members who aspire to be financial planners.

All our colleagues responsible for running training sessions are highly qualified and have ample experience in the technical side of financial planning, so students know they’re in good hands. Yet we recognise that there’s more to good financial planning than simply being technically minded, which is why we strive to make the academy experience as well-rounded as possible.

Varied and insightful

Each monthly academy session focuses on a different topic. The agenda can include anything from expert presentations and sharing opinions to challenging each other’s perceptions and carrying out detailed case study reviews. This curriculum is based on the idea that financial planners must be able to present information to clients in an understandable way.

As part of the training, we create fictional clients facing complex situations. This ensures participants are well-versed in leaving no stone unturned, and understand regulatory quirks they may not previously have encountered.
